How we protect your data

Last updated October 8, 2026

When you let someone into how your business runs, you are trusting them with your clients, your money and your reputation. Here is exactly how we treat that trust. Every point below is a rule we follow, not marketing.

Your data stays yours

Everything we build runs inside your own accounts: your email, your calendar, your payment processor, your CRM. You can switch off our access at any time, and the systems keep running in your name.

We never ask for your passwords

You grant our account access through each tool's own sharing or permission settings, and you can revoke it in one click. We never ask you to send a password by email or text.

We never touch card or bank details

Payments run entirely through the processor you choose, such as Stripe, Square or PayPal. Payment requests can accept card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay or Venmo, and Zelle, check or cash payments get marked paid by your team. Our systems only ever know "paid" or "not paid".

Messages carry logistics, not secrets

Automated texts and emails contain times, links and reminders. They never contain health information, case details or financial account information.

Medical and legal businesses

Texting only with permission

We text only people who opted in, every message honors STOP, and texts are not sent at night.

Tested before it touches your business

Every system is built and tested on sample data first, then switched on in your business only when you approve it. Every automated action is logged, so you can always see what happened and when.

Written agreements

Every client engagement includes a written agreement covering what data is used, why, who can access it, and what happens to it when we stop working together.

Straight answers
